Updated: September 23, 2025
This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information processed by Lindsay Dreyer LLC dba Reverie Residential (“Reverie Residential,” “Reverie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in the course of our business, including our websites (the “Sites”), such as reverieresidential.com.
1) Personal Information We Collect and How We Use It
“Personal Information” means information that relates to you and can—on its own or in combination—identify you as an individual. Personal Information does not include data that has been de-identified or aggregated so it can no longer identify you.
The type of Personal Information we collect depends on how you interact with our Sites and Services. Generally, the more you engage, the more information we need to provide the Services.
A. All users of the Sites
We automatically receive certain information when you visit the Sites, including IP address, cookie identifiers, device and browser information, the pages you view, actions you take (e.g., properties viewed or saved), and the URL that referred you to the Sites. With your permission and/or device settings, we may collect precise or approximate geolocation to provide location-specific content (e.g., homes near you). We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Sites; diagnose issues; analyze trends; customize content; and tailor advertising or messaging.
B. Communications with Reverie Residential
If you contact us (e.g., to request information, join a newsletter, or seek support), we may collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the content of your message.
C. Marketing
We may send marketing communications via email, SMS, push notifications, telephone, or direct mail. You can subscribe to alerts (e.g., listing updates). See Your Choices below for how to opt out.
D. Call Recording
We may record calls with our agents or staff for training and quality assurance.
E. Surveys
We may invite you to participate in surveys. If you do, we may collect the information you provide, which may include Personal Information.
F. Interactive Features
If we offer chat, forums, social media pages, or similar, we collect the information you provide through those features. Content you post on public areas is considered “public” and is not subject to this Privacy Policy’s protections.
G. De-Identified and Aggregated Information
We may use Personal Information and other data to create de-identified and/or aggregated information (e.g., usage trends or statistics). De-identified or aggregated data is not Personal Information and may be used for any lawful purpose.
H. Information Collected Automatically
Depending on your device and settings, we may automatically collect unique identifiers (e.g., cookie IDs, advertising IDs), device details (e.g., OS, browser), network information (e.g., ISP), pages visited before/during/after use, links clicked, and general or precise location.
I. Information from Other Sources
We may obtain information about you from third-party services (e.g., data enrichment or lead sources) to verify information you provide and to improve our Services.
J. Other Uses
In addition to the above, we may use Personal Information to:
Operate and provide the Sites and Services;
Manage accounts and respond to inquiries;
Conduct promotions (e.g., contests, surveys);
Improve, test, and enhance the Sites and Services;
Send informational or promotional communications;
Detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, and abuse;
Identify and repair errors and maintain service quality;
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights; and
Carry out purposes disclosed at collection or with your consent.
2) How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell Personal Information. We may disclose Personal Information to:
Service providers/contractors that process data on our behalf (e.g., website hosting, analytics, email/SMS platforms, customer support, call recording), bound by confidentiality and data-use restrictions;
Professional advisors (e.g., attorneys, auditors) under appropriate confidentiality;
Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property; and
Parties to a business transaction (e.g., merger, financing, acquisition), where permitted by law.
3) Your Choices
You may have choices regarding certain uses of Personal Information.
A. Communications
To stop receiving marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in our emails. You will continue to receive transactional or service-related messages (e.g., about an active transaction). For SMS, reply STOP to opt out.
B. Cookies and Tracking
Most browsers allow you to manage cookies. If you disable cookies, some features may not function as intended. Where required, we obtain consent for non-essential cookies.

Confirmation we process your Personal Information;
Access to and/or a copy of your Personal Information;
Correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information;
Deletion of Personal Information (subject to legal exceptions);
Restriction or objection to certain processing;
Data portability of information you provided to us.
To exercise rights, contact us as set forth in Contact Us below. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law and respond within required timeframes.
5) Data Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, operate our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and pursue legitimate business interests. We may de-identify data instead of deleting it; if we de-identify data, we will not attempt to re-identify it.
6) Data Storage and Security
We are headquartered in the United States, and we may store and process information in the U.S. and other countries. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect Personal Information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Services or providing Personal Information, you agree we may communicate with you electronically about security and privacy matters.
7) Children’s Privacy
Our Sites and Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information, contact us (see Contact Us) and we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
8) International Users & Supervisory Authority
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws providing complaint rights, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns.
9) Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites or services you visit.
10) Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law (e.g., by posting an updated notice on the Sites). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date signifies your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
