Your New Hampshire Relocation Realtor
Helping you figure out where to live, what to buy, and how to make the move.
MEET LINDSAY DREYER, BROKER/OWNER
I left New Hampshire. Then I chose it again.
I grew up in Peterborough, built my real estate career in the Washington, DC area, and returned home to New Hampshire in 2017.
Today, I help buyers from across the country find the town, community, and home that fit the life they want to build here. With 22+ years of experience and more than $1 billion in career sales, I bring big-market strategy, local perspective, and a firsthand understanding of what it means to choose New Hampshire and make it home.
WHO I WORK WITH
Out-of-state buyers relocating for lifestyle or work
For buyers who need someone to narrow the search, plan efficient tours, and manage the details from a distance.
Second-home buyers testing the waters
Many of my relocation clients begin with a vacation property before making a full-time move. I’ve done the same, so I understand how to plan for both now and later.
Buyers looking for something distinctive
Historic homes, lake houses, converted barns, modern retreats, and other properties with character — and the local insight to understand what you’re buying.
THE PROCESS
What Working With Me as Your Buyer's Agent Looks Like
As your New Hampshire buyer's agent, my process is built for people who aren't local yet.
1. A real conversation first.
We’ll talk about what matters to you: budget, commute, timeline, lifestyle, preferred setting, and the kind of home you want.
2. Finding the right part of New Hampshire.
New Hampshire towns vary more than most people expect. I’ll help you compare locations based on housing, taxes, amenities, schools, commute, and access to the things you enjoy.
3. Curated property search.
You’ll receive a carefully curated selection based on what you’re actually looking for, not just another automated search.
4. Virtual tours & well-planned visits.
We’ll make the most of your time here with virtual tours and focused scouting trips, rather than endless weekends of showings.
5. Your boots on the ground from tours to closing.
When you can’t be here, I can. Coordinating inspections, meeting vendors, checking on the property, and making sure nothing gets lost in the distance.

Yes. I regularly work with out-of-state buyers using virtual consultations and tours, carefully planned visits, electronic documents, and boots-on-the-ground support throughout the purchase.
-
Not always, but I strongly recommend at least one visit before finalizing a purchase. We can plan it around a focused list of towns and properties instead of spending the weekend driving all over the state.

Buyer-agent compensation is negotiated for each transaction. We’ll discuss how compensation works, what may be offered by the seller, and any potential cost to you before you commit to working with me.

As soon as you begin seriously considering the move. Even if you’re a year or more away, an early conversation can help you understand the market, narrow your search, and plan your next steps.
