Lindsay Dreyer is the Owner and Managing Broker of Reverie Residential and a proud New Hampshire native. She manages Reverie’s thriving DC office semi-remotely while working hands-on with buyers and sellers at Reverie’s Southern New Hampshire office. Her decades of industry experience, sharp negotiation skills, and creative marketing strategies guide clients to success whether they’re buying or selling.

Her real estate career began in 2004 in the fast-paced Washington, DC market, where she quickly rose to become a top-producing agent. Over the years, she and her team have closed more than $1 billion in sales, built a reputation for expert negotiation, and launched a leading boutique brokerage. With a background in marketing, web design, and technology, Lindsay is especially known for showcasing listings with maximum online exposure and for crafting smart, data-driven buyer strategies that help her clients win in competitive markets.

In 2011, she founded Reverie Residential (formerly City Chic Real Estate), a tech-forward firm designed to deliver an elevated, relationship-first experience. Beyond sales, Lindsay also draws on her expertise as a real estate investor, landlord, and Airbnb Superhost, giving her clients a 360-degree view of homeownership.

In 2023, she expanded her impact by launching Happy Agent Co., where she coaches top-producing agents, leads workshops, and speaks at conferences nationwide. This dual role—as both an active broker and an industry coach—keeps her at the forefront of marketing, systems, and strategy, all of which directly benefit her clients.

After 16 years in Washington, DC, Lindsay returned to her hometown of Peterborough, NH, in 2017, where she now lives with her husband, Andrew, and their three children: Lizzie, Will, and Lexi. When she’s not negotiating deals, you’ll find her making the most of every New England season—snowshoeing in winter, camping in summer, or rolling out her yoga mat year-round. She also loves a hot bowl of soup and soaking up the simple joys of life.
