Lindsay Dreyer is the Principal Broker at Reverie Residential and a New Hampshire native. Her real estate career began in 2004 in the fast-paced market of Washington, DC, where she sold over $1B in real estate and honed her marketing savvy, negotiation skills, and client-first approach.
Even after 16 years in Washington, DC, New Hampshire remained home in her heart. In 2017, she moved back to her hometown of Peterborough with her husband and three children.
Lindsay isn’t just a real estate agent. Clients benefit from her experience as a real estate investor, landlord, Airbnb Superhost, and vacation property owner. She brings a well-rounded, strategic perspective to every transaction and specializes in residential real estate across Southern New Hampshire.
In her free time, you’ll find her snowshoeing, heading out on camping adventures, taking a yoga class, or enjoying a great meal. But nothing beats time with her husband, Andrew, and their three children.

Along the way, I’ve led Reverie Residential as its founder and managing broker, guided thousands of clients, and stayed closely connected to the industry through speaking, coaching, and my podcast. I’ve also been on the ownership side with long-term rentals, short-term properties, and renovations, which gives me a practical, big-picture lens.
